This normally doesn’t happen because we run a quality check before sending anything to you. If it has happened to you we will replace the items and send you what you had ordered. You just have to request a replacement or return.
We have a 7 day return policy. Once the order is delivered to you, it is eligible for return for 7 days only.
Please note, jewellery and products bought on sale are NOT eligible for returns and exchanges.
To return an item, first mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and share the details of your order. We will arrange a return for you. Our delivery agent will collect the order from your doorsteps and once we run a quality check on the received product, we will initiate the refund on the mode of payment selected by you.

Please note you can only exchange the items with the same item in a different size. We do not allow exchanges with a different product.
Yes, you may cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped or dispatched.
The period for return or exchange is 7 working days.
We usually send someone to pick your order within 3-4 days from the day we accept your request for return.
To reset your password, click Forgot your Password option- enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and Email. Enter the OTP and create a new password (minimum 6 characters and at least 1 number). Your new password will then be used to log-in.
To change the settings of your account, go to account settings and choose whatever you want to change.
If you are unable to sign into your account simply reset the password to try to login with OTP. If you are using the registered email address, try resetting the password.
