Return and Exchange Policy:
- All International orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
- In case you have received damaged/broken products:
- Please reach out to us on enquiry@perfectlyaverage.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Replacement or Gift Card:
- Replacement: We will dispatch the replacement product to your given delivery address. Please inform us if there are any changes to your address or contact information before we dispatch the order.
- Out of Stock: If the same product is not in stock, we will issue a gift card of the same amount (excluding shipping cost paid) that can be used for future purchases.
Shipping Method:
- Please note that we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders.
- We accept payment via debit/credit card via Paypal for international orders.
- Our prices are exclusive of taxes and duties. The customers are required to pay customs charges and any other taxes (may vary based on your country’s policies) at the time of delivery.
Shipping Duration
- While we make every effort to deliver each item in your international order within 7 working days, customs-related delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
- Shipping charges and transit times will vary based on the destination. All international packages are dispatched through FedEx.
- Transit times are valid from Monday to Saturday.
