SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND:
- Our store policy is NO refunds and returns.
- Purchases made on items that are listed on sale, use of discount codes or gift cards are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Please keep in mind that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings differences in colour will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchanges.
- Piercings such as Earrings, cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic factors.
MY JEWELLERY IS BROKEN/DAMAGED
If you have received a product that is broken or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions below:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure you attach images of the products showing the defect.
- Upon reviewing your request, we will initiate the return of the damaged product. Please make sure you re-pack the product in its original packaging along with the original receipt.
- We will be dispatching the replacement product to your given delivery address. Please let us know if there are any changes in your address or contact information before we dispatch the order.
- In case, the same product is not in stock, we will issue a gift card to you of the same amount (does not include shipping cost paid) that can be used to make future purchases.
I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE
In case you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased, we are happy to exchange them for you! Please follow the instructions below:
- Email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will initiate the return of the product for you. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. We charge an additional Rs. 150 for processing returns.
- Please make sure that the product(s) are in original saleable condition, i.e. unworn/unused, with all tags intact and with the original order invoice.
- Once we have received the returned product, we will perform a quality check to ensure that the product(s) are in their original condition.
- If the quality check is passed, we will then issue a gift card for you that can be used to make a purchase in exchange for the original.
- Please note that we will be deducting the shipping cost and additional charges for the return process from your total gift card amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE SHIPMENT:
If the order or the product(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business hours after we duly process the cancellation request.
CANCELLATION POLICY AFTER SHIPMENT:
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
