Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

We provide a 6-month warranty to all our customers. To claim the warranty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to enquiry@perfectlyaverage.in with your order number in the subject line. Please make sure to attach images of the products.
  2. Return Shipment: Upon reviewing your request, we will initiate the return shipment. Please re-pack the product in its original packaging along with the original receipt/invoice.
  3. Replacement or Repair:
    • Replacement: We will initiate the new product once we conduct a quality check of the returned product. This process takes approximately 10 days.
    • Repair: The repair process takes approximately 15 days to complete.
  4. Out of Stock or Irreparable Products: If the product is out of stock or irreparable, we will issue a gift card of the same amount (excluding shipping cost paid) that can be used for future purchases.

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under the warranty:

  1. Lack of Jewellery Care: Damage due to inadequate care is not covered. For tips on how to care for your jewellery, please refer to our Jewellery Care Instructions.
  2. Daily Wear and Tear: Fading of plating and other signs of regular use are excluded from the warranty.
  3. Mishandling: Cracked or damaged stones resulting from mishandling are not covered.
  4. Warranty Period: The warranty expires 6 months after the purchase date.
  5. Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs performed by third-party vendors void the warranty.
