At Perfectly Average, we aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied at all times. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and are willing to return the product(s), our easy 10-day return/exchange policy will make it easy for you. We also accept partial refunds in case you only want to return some of the products from your order and not the entire order. Please keep the following things in mind before returning any product:
- You need to raise a return/exhange request within 10 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
- You need to ensure that the product(s) are in original saleable condition, i.e. unworn/unused, with all tags intact. Items without the tag will not be accepted.
- Please note that we are unable to return any orders without the original perfectly average invoice of the product(s).
- For guest users, in case of return(s), provided the conditions mentioned above are met, signup is mandatory.
- Please note that all purchases made on JEWELLERY and SALE items are final and we will not accept any exchange or return requests.
- Return request for JEWELLERY will only be fulfilled if the customer has received a damaged product.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT(S)
You can easily return products by following these steps:
Submit your return request on our RETURN PORTAL
- You will be required to enter your Order Number and Email/Zip/Phone Number
- Once you have submitted your return request, our team will approve or reject your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email if your request was approved. In case your return request was rejected, an email will be sent to you with the reason for rejection.
- Re-pack the product with the original packaging and the invoice.
- We will arrange for a return pick-up for your order(s). The courier executive shall help seal the packaging and pick up the order from the shipping address within 2-3 working days.
(Please note we only accept returns once for each product. If you are purchasing and/or exchanging the same product we won’t be able to process your return request, even though it is a different size.).
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
Please note that it takes 10-15 business days for us to receive your return package at our facility. Upon receiving the returned item(s) we will perform a quality check. If not found in the original condition with all labels intact, or found to be used/damaged/soiled/washed /altered or worn (other than to try the item on) we will deny your refund.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, we require you to provide your bank details on email at email@example.com. This process will be completed within 10 business days of us receiving the products back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We do not refund the shipping fees charged to you when placing the order. The shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through PERFECTLY AVERAGE store credit, which can be used during future purchases.
(Please note that, if your product has failed the quality check and/or can not be refunded, we do not send those items back to the customer.)
Cancellation policy before shipment:
If the order or the product(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business hours after we duly process the cancellation request.
Cancellation policy after shipment:
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
