- Put on jewelry last when dressing, and take off first when undressing.
- Avoid contact with water.
- Avoid hard contact (e.g. knocking against objects) which could cause scratches, chips and other damage.

- No Refunds and Returns: Our store policy is NO refunds and returns.
- Final Sale Items: Purchases made on items listed on sale, using discount codes, or gift cards are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Colour Variation: Please note that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Differences in colour will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.
- Hygienic Factors: Piercings such as earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic factors.
- Unboxing Video: We advise you to make a video of opening your package at the time of delivery to expedite your claim.
MY JEWELLERY IS BROKEN/DAMAGED
If you have received a product that is broken or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions below:
- Email Us: Send an email to enquiry@perfectlyaverage.in with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attach images and unboxing videos of the products showing the defect.
- Return Process: Upon reviewing your request, we will initiate the return of the damaged product. Please re-pack the product in its original packaging along with the original receipt/invoice.
- Replacement or Gift Card:
- Replacement: We will dispatch the replacement product to your given delivery address. Please inform us if there are any changes to your address or contact information before we dispatch the order.
- Out of Stock: If the same product is not in stock, we will issue a gift card of the same amount (excluding shipping cost paid) that can be used for future purchases.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE SHIPMENT:
If the order or the product(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at enquiry@perfectlyaverage.in.
- Refund Process: In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business days after we process the cancellation request.
CANCELLATION POLICY AFTER SHIPMENT:
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
